You can download the Tenancy Application Form below. Please be sure to complete it carefully and legibly. When lodging the application you will also need supporting documentation. These documentation requirements are noted throughout the form. If the form is incomplete or illegible, and/or the supporting documentation is insufficient, the application will not be processed and the application form will be returned.

If you view a Taylor Real Estate property during a Saturday open house, your application must be submitted before 10am the following Monday to be accepted for processing.

Please be aware that Taylor Real Estate does not accept deposits.
